You must be over 18 to reserve a seat for and attend one of our event evenings.The Purple Door operate a strict challenge 25 so don’t be offended if we ask you to present identification to show you can drink at our event.

The purple door reserve the right to refuse alcohol to guests who seem intoxicated.

At the Purple Door Supper Club we have a BYOB (bring your own alcohol policy but we do provide other non-alcoholic drinks available should you wish to not drink. Remember if you’re going to drink, please do not drive.

.Once your ticket is booked, it is refundable only up to 3 days before the event, as ingredients will have been purchased.

  Tickets may be transferred to a different date at the Purple Door’s discretion depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed

If you do not show up you will not be given a refund.

Each guest is responsible for making their dietary requirements known by email. We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies, but as every meal is prepared in the same kitchen no guarantee can be given. Our food is produced in a kitchen that uses nuts, so is not suitable for people with severe nut allergies.

The Purple Door reserve the right to cancel or change the date and time of any event at their discretion

If The PurpleDoor change the date and time of your booking you will be refunded.

ThePurple Door Supper Club will not be liable for any additional costs, expenses or losses incurred from any event cancellation, or change to date and time

The Purple Door Supper Club will not be liable to refund ticket price or any other costs incurred should an event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike, industrial action, lock-out, riots, natural disasters, bad weather conditions or any event beyond our control.

The Purple Door Supper Club cannot accept responsibility for injury to guests sustained whilst attending one of our event evenings.

The Purple Door Supper Club cannot accept for loss or damage of personal property belonging to guests.
