We're going with an Italian theme for our next supper club, with the following menu:
~ Baked 4P pasta (pappardelle, pancetta, porcini, parmigiano)
~ Maiale al latte (Pork in milk with garlic, sage and lemon), roasted vegetables
~ Pear puree with frutti di bosco sorbet
~ Coffee/tea, chocolate hazelnut swirls
