This month's Supper Club will transport you to Spain. Having recently spent my Anniversary in Madrid, I am craving a paella. I make mine on a wood fire. Loaded with succulent prawns, chicken and pork. Menu is posted below. Dress to impress.

Wine pairing suggestion: A Rioja pairs beautifully with this menu. Outside of Spanish wines, a French Languedoc, would also work well.
