Hi Ray, apologies for the delay in replying, just getting used to this website. Back in November, you asked what my day job was . I run my own small bespoke catering business from home and for the last 4 years, I have worked as a part time chef in a game and wild food restaurant near Newbury. I started up my supper club last May with my friend Mary, who's house is big enough to facilitate it. I'm just loving it and we're busy planning 2013. It's such a pity you're so far away, it would have been great to meet you. If we're in the area, we'll try to book it to visit your supper club. Sounds right up my street! Best wishes for a happy and successful new year. Jo
I have to say that the experience was exceptional, if you are a fan of game and have an open mind as well as a welcoming palette, you must try out Wild Thing, rather than 'blather on', I blogged about Wild Thing, the morning after, http://teraknorblogs.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/wild-thing-you-make-my-heart-sing.html
Appearing on Nick Coffer’s Weekend Kitchen on Three Counties Radio - http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00r00hg - on Saturday 5th May. I’ll try to get a few plugs in for the Supper Club movement.
