I'm going to be travelling in the US this month and wondered if anyone can recommend any supperclubs there - SF, LA, Atlanta? I'd love to visit the Tip Top in the Bay Area but can't find any info! Anyone know of a resource similar to this one for some of the US Cities? Thanks in advance!

12 June - come join us for Tuscan summertime!

Fig kir in the garden, crostinis a go-go, Cinzia's special farro, and a "carpaccio" with spaghettini di verdure twirled atop! Summer tiramisu - and surprises if we can get the ingredients on the day! ( Did you ever eat a summer flower?) Due to cancellations (quite a few, darn it!) we have places free - 8pm Saturday in Fulham - £30 contribution and BYO vino! info@cucinacinzia.com!

How do you say "grouper" in Italian??

You don't - you say it in Ligurian, Calabrese, Tuscan etc. I couldn't find any resource on the internet to negotiate all these regional names for seafood, so I'm publishing the one from my 35 year old Tuscan seafood cookbook! Invaluable if you like using local recipes!
