This was our last event of 2011 and we had 20 guests, technically 2 more than capacity.
It went very well with as usual rave reviews and guests staying until way past midnight.
Every dish was well recived and have had requests for several recipes including Kerala Lamb which I really must send out soon.
The move from choices at each course to just catering for dietary requirements has made a big difference and means a much more relaxed feeling in the kitchen.
As always the team did a fantastic job, thanks to Gav, Emms and Henni who were outstanding.
Chef ERP was brilliant as usual!
