I've made a batch of pistachio, almond and rose petal brittle (pic below) and will do cassis truffles and macaroons, but I'm a bit stuck for a fourth petit.  Any supper club-ettes got a favourite and wouldn't mind parting with the recipe?

Just finished making a batch of lime curd for next week's Scratch Secret Supper. Hope I can hold off eating the vat of it til then. Early production might have been a mistake. Hmmm.

Anyway this is a great recipe so I thought I'd share...

4-6 limes, zest and juice

200g caster sugar

100g butter, cut into cubes
