Royal Wedding Party

[Supper in the Suburbs Supperclub]

Had a Royal Wedding Party for family and friends (some were Supper in the Suburbs friends also) and used a fab new cooking system called a Marika (not sure about spelling) Basically it is a huge gas wok and caters for large numbers! Can be used inside or out. Cooked ginger and soy sauce prawns, spicy  minty lamb&honey and mustard chicken. Everything really tender and tasty! Every one said it was a great success. Loads of salady stuff to go with it. Best salad was florets of broccoli with cranberries, red onion & pine nuts drizzled with spicy tomato dressing-simple but crunchy and delicious!
