Hi All
I'm Kat and i'm literally fresh faced out of uni, i graduate on the 20th July. I live in Norwich at the moment and sell cakes and baked delights in 5 restaurants and cafes but will be moving to London in August and will be opening up my flat as Underground Bakery/cafe called Half Moon which will celebrate recipes from my family - the women are bakers, the men are farmers. My Great Great Great Great grandma's rock buns are not to be missed, after a long wait of 21…

The highlight of each feast we are hosting will be a barbecued beast and to kick us off we spit-roasted a suckling pig, on a barbecue complete with a mechanised spit built specially for us by bicycle frame builder @wilkinsoncycles
Besides serving great food we really want our Supperclub to inspire conversation about it, and cooking a whole beast certainly…

It was a rainy day - but it didn't spoil the fun. My friend www.lily-mosaics.co.uk came along with 4 of her delightful friends. Always lovely to meet new people. Another friend attended and despite not knowing the others the conversation flowed freely along with the Earl Grey tea!
Sourced a bottle of apple juice produced by a local lady who has her own apple press and pasteurizer. Delicious.

Come celebrate the French revolution and the pleasure of French gastronomy at this unique Maille supper club event...
