Superb Suppers

Dear friends

It's time to give an update on my blog.Having had now my third Superb Suppers event, a couple of food lovers have been back already. On a seperate date,a group of ladies booked an evening for their get together and never ending chats. Running dumpling night again!!!

Had lots of request about our dumpling night! We decided to run it again for our next event on the 20th.

It was great fun showing people how to make traditional dumplings from scratch (just hope there will be volunteers this time too). Come on let's have some fun!!!

The Art of making Spatzli

Well we have our next dinner dates in just seven days and I have been checking out my recipes and making sure all is OK for our "Chocolate Fest"

Our main course dish will be Braised Beef Olives in a Mole Sauce that will be served with Spatzli. This is a southern German/Swiss pasta that requires the use of a specialist piece of kitchen equipment.
